Job summary

Artisan Design Group – or ADG – is a leading supply chain partner to homebuilders throughout the United States. We provide day to day operations for new home inspections, product installation, services, and warranties with a focus on superior service.

We provide paid, hands-on training from experienced team members so you’ll feel confident, supported, and set up for success from day one. No cabinetry experience required—just a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of subfloor prep and flooring repairs per manufacturer specs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with cabinet materials and finishes.
• Basic math and measurement accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Report new customers and subdivisions to support sales.
• Track new home starts and builder progress.
• Verify new home measurements for builders.
• Inspect subfloors and wall tile areas per specs.
• Quality control, manage installs, and oversee warranties.
• Assist in training new hires and participate in meetings.
