Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy materials and operate in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• 40%: Material running or field tasks for construction projects and office duties.
• 20%: Office yard & warehouse tasks – unloading/loading inventory, forklift driving.
• 20%: Office tasks – marketing folder assembly, yard sign assembly, organizing.
• 5%: Job site inspections and photography for production needs.
• 5%: Landscaping activities (weeding, raking, blowing, watering).
• 10%: Various other tasks assigned by management.
