Job summary

ProFormance Builder Solutions is seeking a Field Technician to handle, deliver, and manage building materials at new construction sites. You will ensure QC standards, follow the Field Tech SOP, and coordinate with the Area Manager to keep jobs on schedule.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift materials, and experience with Skedulo or similar systems; weekend or holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in construction or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle and deliver building materials daily to new construction homes and manage delivery work orders.
• Visit job sites to verify progress and perform QC checks per SOP.
• Close out jobs in Skedulo and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Communicate with Area Managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow safety policies and company dress code.
