Job summary

Clearwater Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Technician I in Moss Point, Mississippi to perform field data collection from residential and commercial sites and assist with water and wastewater system maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities include reading meters, recording data, inspecting meters, performing minor repairs, operating a company vehicle for route readings, and maintaining logs and paperwork in compliance with regulations. Overtime and on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Entry-level, 1+ years' experience in water/wastewater/public works or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Review service orders and locate meter reading points.
• Read water meters and enter data into logs.
• Inspect meters and connections for defects or damage.
• Under supervision, repair or replace broken mains and service lines; assist with minor maintenance.
• Maintain logs and paperwork in compliance with regulations.
• Operate a company vehicle for meter readings and route work.
• Connect and disconnect utility services as directed.
• Perform general landscape maintenance as needed.
• Take on additional related duties as assigned.
