Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion seeks a Mobile Device Repair Technician to travel locally in a fully equipped repair van, diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics on-site. You will deliver high-quality service that keeps customers connected and provide a seamless on-site experience.

You’ll educate customers on protection plans, accessories, and support options while managing your daily route and inventory with a focus on efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, convenient on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
