Job summary

Onterris is seeking an OGI Field Technician in Midland, TX. You will perform hydrocarbon fugitive emission and leak detection across oil & gas facilities using advanced measurement technologies. Travel and field work are essential components of this role.

Qualification highlights include oil & gas sector experience, proficiency with Excel and Android, a 12-hour shift work pattern, and a valid driver's license. Engineering technology degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency; Android OS.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (days only).
• Valid drivers license.
• Engineering technology degree or equivalent; related hydrocarbon detection/LDAR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and navigate to facilities using maps and GPS.
• Calibrate and maintain field equipment.
• Operate detection and measurement technologies under supervision.
• Collect emission data and document results.
• Prepare field reports as required.
