Job summary

Onterris is seeking an OGI Field Technician to perform hydrocarbon fugitive emission and/or leak detection at oil and gas facilities, using leading technologies to detect methane.

The role includes coordinating facility visits, calibrating equipment, recording emission data, and producing field reports. Requires 12-hour shifts, valid driver's license, and comfort with field work in all weather.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oil and Gas industry; preference for natural gas processing/transmission facility experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office; proficient with Android OS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and navigate to facilities using maps and GPS.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment.
• Use detection and measurement technologies under supervision of Team Lead.
• Collect emission data and document results.
• Prepare field reports as required.
