Qualifications

• Certified pharmacy technician or willing to become certified.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate computer proficiency with pharmacy software (EMAR, MedBank, Frameworks).
• Clean driving record and up-to-date vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up MedBank Tower and MedFlex Cabinet systems at client locations.
• Provide training to clients on proper use and maintenance of systems.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Build relationships with LTC staff and ensure client satisfaction.
• Travel to client locations; on-site support, installation, and training.
• Provide remote training and troubleshooting when possible.
