Job summary

Gregory Poole is seeking an experienced field service technician to perform expert repairs on material handling equipment in customer locations across the region. You will diagnose issues using manuals, diagrams, and diagnostic equipment, and you will disassemble, repair, test, and reassemble engines, transmissions, fuel systems, and other components.

The role requires climbing on equipment, lifting up to 95 pounds, operating hoists, and maintaining precise repair records.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education or GED.
• Six years of experience on Yale, Clark or other similar equipment; Understands engines, hydraulics, electrical, transmissions, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level repairs on material handling equipment in the field.
• Troubleshoot using manuals, diagrams, and diagnostic equipment.
• Use lifts, hoists and hand/power tools to repair and test components.
• Maintain documentation and complete warranty paperwork.
• Adhere to safety PPE requirements and company field policies.
