Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A California driver’s license, subject to DMV verification, is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of telecommunications field operations experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field technician team to ensure efficient execution of tasks and projects.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex telecom issues.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize field operations to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom equipment and network infrastructure.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met and conduct audits.
• Maintain records of field activities and report status to management.
