Job summary

Form 10 Group Inc. seeks a Contract Field Technician to install, repair, and maintain hardware, provide server/software support, and manage service tickets. This 1099 contractor position requires on-call availability and travel with expenses covered aside from per diem.

You will handle equipment installations, inventory tracking, and customer communications, while supporting warehouse operations and training staff on hardware and software. A route includes Fort Lauderdale, FL and client sites.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant technical experience.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Formal training in System Administration, Networking, or Microsoft Systems preferred.
• US Citizenship required by our client; no dual citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain hardware systems.
• Provide server and software application support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
• Manage service tickets and SLA adherence.
• Travel to client sites and Form 10 facilities as needed.
• Lead or assist warehouse operations.
• Train users and stakeholders on hardware/software.
