Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking a Field Technician II to lay out, assemble, and maintain pipe, pumps, and related equipment for agricultural or industrial sites. You will positively represent the company and maintain good relations with customers.

The role requires reading work orders, selecting materials, loading and unloading gear, and ensuring safety checks before travel. A valid driver license is preferred; the position supports a safety-first culture and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to use a calculator, cellular telephone, and tape measure/ruler.
• Able to read a map and calculate distances.
• Motivated, a team player, safety-oriented, and have a customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine assignments and material needs.
• Select pipe sizes and materials according to specifications.
• Load, secure, and unload materials with appropriate tools and equipment.
• Inspect equipment and vehicles for safety and functionality before travel.
