Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking a Field Technician II to lay out, assemble, and maintain pipe, pumps, and related equipment at agricultural or industrial sites. This role involves representing the company professionally and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The position requires reading work orders, selecting appropriate materials, loading and unloading gear, and performing safety checks prior to site work.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read work orders and determine material needs.
• Wamiliarity with pipe, fittings, pumps and related equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or instructions to determine assignments and material needs.
• Select pipe sizes and materials per specifications.
• Load, secure and unload materials and equipment.
• Inspect equipment, vehicles and tools for safety before travel.
• Track and maintain company tools and supplies and report damages.
• Assemble and secure pipes, fittings and equipment per specs.
• Inspect and test installed systems and pipe lines.
