Rain for Rent is seeking a Field Technician II to lay out, assemble, and maintain pipe, pumps, and related equipment at agricultural or industrial sites. You will load and secure materials, inspect gear for safety, and demonstrate equipment to customers when required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to use a calculator, cellular phone, and tape measure/ruler.
• Ability to read a map and calculate distances.
• Motivated, team player with safety-oriented mindset and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or instructions to determine work assignments and material needs.
• Select pipe sizes/types and related materials according to specifications.
• Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment per specifications.
• Inspect equipment and tools for safety and functionality before travel to sites.
• Assemble and secure pipes, fittings, and equipment per project specs.
• Operate tools to maintain pipe systems, pumps, and equipment as required.
• Follow company safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction before leaving jobsite and address questions.
• Promote cooperation with Branch and Corporate personnel.
