Job summary

EPS is seeking a Field Technician II to inspect, test, and maintain high, medium, and low power equipment across client sites in North America. You will work with SF6, vacuum breakers, pad mount transformers, grounding and instrument transformers while following safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include performing entry-level testing with supervision, interpreting manuals and schematics, and preparing detailed test and maintenance reports.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a satisfactory criminal background check.
• Must be able to work overtime and travel out of town for extended periods.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and maintain High, Medium, and Low electrical power equipment.
• Prepare and maintain reports detailing tests, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and clean equipment and components.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures while on job sites.
