Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Technician I in Pasadena, Texas, to install, maintain, and repair commercial door and dock equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, along with a commitment to customer service.

The position requires working independently and as part of a team to complete service calls. Safety compliance and effective communication with customers are critical to success in this role. Experience in welding and previous industry exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems related to commercial door and dock equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.
• Valid current state-issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on dock and door equipment.
• Document all service activities, including work performed and parts used.
