You will diagnose signal issues using RF/digital meters and other tools, ensuring proper signal levels and educating customers on new equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to learn RF, digital and Volt-Ohm meters to diagnose signals.
• Flexible to work overtime and on-call when needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Install services in residential and commercial properties.
• Complete repairs and relocate equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot service drops and outlets with diagnostic tools.
• Ensure proper upstream/downstream signal levels at termination.
• Educate customers on using equipment and potential upgrades.
