Job Responsibilities:

• Service orders for commercial facilities
• Painting
• Installations
• Repairs and Maintenance
• Work in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York areas
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical tasks
• Flooring installation and repair
• Other labor-intensive tasks

Proficiencies:

• Knowledge of carpentry
• Experience with minor plumbing and electrical practices
• Basic power tool usage
• Job estimation skills
• Effective communication skills

Education and Experience:

• At least 3 years of maintenance and repair experience or equivalent
• Acceptable driving record
• Flexible work schedule
• Ownership of basic hand tools
