Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Field/Computer Technician to service metro-area laptops and desktops. The role involves diagnosing and repairing hardware, replacing components, and performing full unit swaps as needed. Reliable daily transportation is required to cover multiple locations.

You will document time and activity in the ticketing system and work with Dell-certified requirements after selection. Overtime may apply and travel expectations are involved.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Repair laptops and desktops in the metro area.
• Replace hard drives, motherboards and keyboards.
• Perform unit swaps and repair/replace peripherals as needed.
• Maintain reliable transportation for service area.
• Close service tickets in real time using the Call Management system.
