Responsibilities

• Repair laptops and desktops in the metro area.
• Replace hard drives, motherboards and keyboards as needed.
• Perform whole unit swaps and replace PC peripherals.
• Maintain reliable transportation to service locations.
• Close service tickets in real time using the Call Management system.
