Reliable transportation is essential as the position covers the metro and surrounding areas. Candidates must have 1+ years of hands-on repair experience and be able to pass drug and background screening.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix.
• Must have own reliable car and car insurance.
• Police or criminal background verification may be required; client/government clearance may be required.
• Candidate must be able to pass drug and background screening.
• Dell certifications are required after offer is extended (costs covered).
• Must be able to complete required product training.

Responsibilities

• Repair laptops and desktops in the metro area.
• Replace hard drives, motherboards and keyboards.
• Perform whole unit swaps and repair/replace PC peripherals.
• Close service tickets in real time in the ticketing system using company-provided tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to service the metro and surrounding areas.
