ECS Limited is hiring a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Field Technician for our Salt Lake City team. The role involves field observations and routine testing of construction materials under direct supervision, data collection, site documentation, and support for testing activities.

As you develop skills, you will gain fundamentals in construction practices while demonstrating a positive customer service attitude and ECS core values. Training and certifications opportunities are provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good communication skills (verbal, written, reading comprehension).
• Basic math and data entry ability.

Responsabilidades

• Performs field observation, testing, and sampling of soil, aggregates, and concrete under supervision.
• Assists with construction materials testing activities on project sites.
• Communicates daily with contractors, technicians, and project managers.
• Reports changing site conditions and additional testing needs to supervisors.
• Assists with preparation and submission of daily field reports.
• Supports basic calculations and data entry related to testing results.
• Assists in organizing and maintaining field equipment.
