Job summary

General Equipment & Supplies, Inc. is seeking an Aggregate Technician in Minot, ND to repair and service aggregate equipment including crushers, screens, and conveyors. The role emphasizes safe field repairs, vehicle and tool management, and customer interaction.

The candidate should have at least 3 years in the aggregate industry, hold a Class A CDL, and bring welding experience if possible. Travel for occasional overnight field work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of aggregate industry experience.
• CDL Class A required.
• Welding/fabrication experience helpful.
• Must have own hand tools (up to 3/4 drive).
• Excellent customer service skills as a General Equipment representative.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel with occasional overnight field service work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot aggregate equipment and perform field repairs with minimal supervision.
• Measure and replace wear parts and screen cloth accurately.
• Inspect aggregate equipment per manufacturer specifications and perform maintenance.
• Attend manufacturer and internal trainings.
• Run tests and provide startup procedures to customers.
• Maintain safety policies and a clean work environment.
• Keep tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition and complete paperwork.
