Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent relevant field experience (no degree required).
• 2–4 years of experience in field operations, maintenance, or related technical roles.
• 2–4 years of experience in wireless telecommunications or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network performance issues and support outage resolution.
• Execute and support key projects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Recommend process improvements and assist in developing documentation.

Skills

Basic knowledge of electronics and telecommunications systems

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Project management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently
