Job summary

swissQprint America seeks a Service Technician to install and maintain UV‑flatbed and roll‑to‑roll printers. Based in West Dundee, IL, you will travel across the U.S. (40–75%) and coordinate with our Elgin and Swiss teams to ensure top‑tier service.

You will handle hotline support, refurbish trade‑ins at our Elgin office, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Our Service Technicians are accountable for the proper installation and maintenance of swissQprint printers and are relied upon by customers for their technical mastery and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and service (repairing and maintaining) of our UV-flatbed and roll-to-roll printers in the U.S. (travel time may range from 40% to 75%)

Hours / Travel:

This full-time role is based in West Dundee, Il and will require regular travel ranging from approximately 40% to 75% of the time. Employee will be responsible to make their own travel arrangements and may retain any earned travel points or benefits.
