Job Description

A top client based out of Austin, TX is looking to bring on several 100% Traveling Field Technicians to their team! This is an exciting role, offering the opportunity to travel to various sports stadiums across the United States. Some of their existing clients include Hard Rock Stadium, Caesars Superdome, Citizen's Bank Park, Doak S. Campbell Stadium, Golden 1 Center, and more. The peak seasons are from March 10 to April 10 and June 15 to Thanksgiving.

Responsibilities

1. Implementation: Distribute, place, activate, and configure all aspects of software upon clients' requests.
2. Event Preparation: Validate software configuration, educate end-users, test venue configurations, and ensure overall readiness for event day.
3. Event Support: Support client's operations during live events, including responding to software and hardware issues, and providing training calls.

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to travel 100% of the time
• Ability to work independently without direct management or leadership
• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting software (e.g., Geek Squad, Genius Bar, Android Repairs, etc.)
• Excellent soft skills

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

• Experience working as an independent contractor
• Previous experience in 100% travel roles
• Experience at companies like Apple, Google, IBM, or Best Buy tech repair teams
