Job summary

Creative Environments Dsn & Ldscp Inc in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Field Technician to lead small installations, repairs and ensure timely completion of projects with a focus on quality outdoor spaces.

You will supervise team members, coordinate irrigation installs, and lead hardscape work while maintaining safety and delivering excellent customer service to clients in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in landscaping, construction, or related trade.
• Ability to operate construction tools and equipment.
• Experience pulling trailers and operating heavy equipment.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• CLP or CLT certification.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct team members to complete installations and repairs.
• Tighten project timelines and ensure safety compliance.
• Close work orders promptly and accurately.
• Troubleshoot landscaping or hardscaping issues and provide resolutions.
• Lead installation of hardscape elements (walkways, patios, walls).
• Oversee irrigation installation and repair (timers, valves, tubing).
• Maintain exceptional customer service and proactively manage client relationships.

The Field Technician is an essential member of our team, contributing to the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of outdoor spaces. As a dedicated brand ambassador for Creative Environments, you will actively enhance customer experience and promote retention through exceptional service. You will lead your team in small installations and repairs, timely close work orders, and elevate client satisfaction by consistently delivering excellence through high-level expertise and commitment to quality service.
