Job summary

Creative Environments Dsn & Ldscp is seeking a Field Technician to join our Tempe, AZ team. You will lead small installations, repairs, and ensure safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role emphasizes team direction, problem solving, and on-site execution in outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in landscaping or related trades, OSHA 10 certification, and CLP/CLT credentials.

Qualifications

3–5 years of landscaping or related trade experience.
Ability to operate construction tools and equipment.
Experience pulling trailers and operating heavy equipment such as skid steer or forklift.
OSHA 10 Certification.
Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or Certified Landscape Technician (CLT).
Excellent verbal and written communication; Spanish bilingual is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Provide clear direction and instructions for the team to complete assigned tasks.
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.
Troubleshoot various landscaping or hardscaping issues and provide resolutions to homeowners.
Lead the installation of hardscape elements like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other structures.
Lead the installation and repair of irrigation systems, including timers, valves, and tubing.
Valid AZ drivers license, clean driving record, and pre-employment drug screening.
