Job summary

ProScape Lawn & Landscape is seeking a Project Technician to join our commercial landscape construction team. This hands-on role is outdoors, focusing on quality work and team-built projects.

You will perform field labor—from site prep and planting to hardscape installation—under direction from project leadership. This position emphasizes physical work and practical skills in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape or construction installation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on labor for commercial landscape construction projects.
• Assist with planting, grading, drainage, irrigation, and landscape lighting installation.
• Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, walls, and other site improvements.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow project plans, layouts, and direction from project leadership.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to ProScape quality standards.
• Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, shoveling, raking, and other general construction tasks.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
