Job summary

Owens is seeking a dependable Field Technician to deliver, install, and demonstrate durable medical equipment (DME) to patients in their homes and healthcare facilities. The role focuses on reliable service, safety, and compassionate patient care as part of a full-time schedule.

You will educate caregivers, ensure equipment is clean and functional, and document all activities accurately while supporting a patient-centered care approach.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous DME or healthcare-related field experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment (DME) such as oxygen, hospital beds, mobility aids, and related supplies.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on the safe and proper use of equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean, properly functioning, and compliant with company standards.
  • Document deliveries, service activities, and patient interactions accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain a professional and compassionate presence while working in homes and healthcare settings.
  • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and respond to urgent service needs as required.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as needed

We’re seeking a dependable, patient-centered Full-Time Field Technician to support our team by delivering, installing, and demonstrating durable medical equipment (DME) to patients in their homes and healthcare facilities.

What You’ll Do
