Job summary

Transwest Mobile is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician in Salt Lake City, UT. You will lead advanced diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty diesel engines and hydraulic/electrical systems, including CAN bus and ECM, while performing engine overhauls and complex repairs.

You will mentor junior technicians, document repair activities meticulously, and communicate findings clearly to customers. A strong toolset, 5–10+ years of experience, and a valid driver’s license are essential for success in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5–10+ years in heavy equipment or diesel repair.
• Expert knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in advanced diagnostics and complex repairs (CAN bus, ECM).
• Own a full set of professional tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
