We're Hiring: Field Services Technician in Oakland, CA! $32.00 per hour | Mileage Reimbursement | Full-Time, Monday-Friday

As a Field Services Technician, you'll travel throughout the San Jose area helping customers keep their Ricoh printers and copiers running at their best. Every day brings a new challenge, new people, and a chance to put your troubleshooting skills to work.

What You'll Do:

• Travel to customer sites across the local area.
• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial printers and copiers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment setup.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hardware issues.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Document completed work and service activities.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Experience in equipment repair, maintenance, field service, automotive repair, manufacturing, military technical roles, or similar hands-on work.
• Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Enjoys working independently and solving problems.
• Comfortable working directly with customers.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Able to lift and move equipment as needed.
