Job summary

A leading telecommunications infrastructure company in Las Vegas is seeking Field Technicians to install residential fixed wireless internet services. You will work outdoors, perform hands-on installation tasks, and solve technical challenges.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with optional weekend work, performance-based pay, ongoing training, and consistent assignments. Training is provided for mechanically inclined candidates; a valid driver’s license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and ability to pass background and MVR checks.
• Willingness to work at heights and rooftops.
• Experience in fiber, internet, cable, or satellite installations is a plus but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Install residential fixed wireless internet equipment.
• Mount exterior radios and run cabling.
• Configure Wi-Fi systems.
• Verify line-of-sight and certify completed installations.
• Document all work using the company’s field application.

• Reliable truck, van, or SUV.
• Extension ladder and basic hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
• Smartphone for field documentation.
• Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
• Experience with fiber, internet, cable, or satellite installations is a plus, but not required—training is provided for mechanically inclined candidates.
