RemX is hiring a Field Service Engineer for a leading manufacturer of bagging equipment and robotic palletizing systems. If you enjoy working with your hands, love a good mechanical challenge, and want to grow your career in a stable, technician-respected company, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to customer sites to install, service, and troubleshoot packaging equipment
• Work with mechanical and electrical systems—baggers, conveyors, robot cabinets, etc.
• Program and modify basic ladder logic and electrical schematics (Allen Bradley)
• Provide on-site and phone support to keep machines running smoothly
• Build and wire electrical control panels, update AutoCAD electrical drawings
• Collaborate with in-house engineers, fellow techs, and customer teams
• Travel up to 80% (domestic with occasional international); shop time when local

What You Bring

• 2+ years in mechanical field service or controls engineering
• Hands-on experience with electrical panels, PLCs (Compact/Micro Logix), PanelView
• Comfortable with hand tools, reading schematics, panel building
• Familiar with AutoCAD, 2D & 3D
• Valid passport (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong work ethic and love for on-site, real-world troubleshooting
