Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Network Operations Specialist to support and optimize wireless network performance across sites in California, including the Folsom area. You will troubleshoot, resolve outages, and manage project segments while driving process improvements in a DOT-regulated field.

The role requires a 4+ year background in field operations or a related telecom sector, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and travel readiness. hands-on experience with 5G NR and RAN is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5G NR knowledge is required.
• Base Station and Radio Access Networks experience is required.
• Strong network troubleshooting and disaster recovery planning skills.
• Project management experience is required.
• Willingness to travel and DOT-regulated position eligibility.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support network operations by maintaining and improving network performance and reliability.
