Job summary

Ricoh in Dayton, OH is hiring a Field Services Technician to travel the Dayton area, keeping Ricoh printers and copiers running at their best. This full-time role offers $25.50 per hour plus mileage reimbursement and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial printers and copiers, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hardware issues, and document all service activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment repair, maintenance, field service, or similar hands-on work.
• Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers.

As a Field Services Technician, you'll travel throughout the Dayton area, helping customers keep their Ricoh printers and copiers running at their best. Every day brings a new challenge, new people, and a chance to put your troubleshooting skills to work.

What You'll Do:
