Job summary

Ricoh is hiring a Field Services Technician in Addison, IL. You will travel to customer sites, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial printers and copiers, and provide proactive maintenance.

You’ll document work, deliver friendly service, and handle on-site support in a dynamic field environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required; ability to travel throughout the territory and lift equipment.

$29.50 per hour | Mileage Reimbursement | Full-Time, Monday-Friday

As a Field Services Technician, you'll travel throughout the Addison area, helping customers keep their Ricoh printers and copiers running at their best. Every day brings a new challenge, new people, and a chance to put your troubleshooting skills to work.

What You'll Do:
