Softroc of Charlotte is seeking a Field Technician to help grow the business in their market. The role emphasizes safety and attention to detail while following directions and learning new skills. Heavy lifting and use of small power tools are part of the job as the team delivers high-quality surfacing products.

Experience in concrete is a plus but not required. The compensation ranges from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, with chances for advancement and training as you grow with the company.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Technician to help grow the business in their market. One of the most important responsibilities is to keep the job site safe and clean. The ability to follow directions, learn new skills, and good attention to detail is a must. We take great pride in our work and are looking for like-minded Crew Members to deliver quality products for our Customers. The field techs will be expected to learn the entire process of pouring concrete, crack and joint repair, and installment of pour in place rubber. Some heavy lifting and operating small power tools are also a requirement for the position. Experience in concrete is a plus, but not required.
