What You'll Do :
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent
8+ years of experience as an Installer Foreman, Lead Installer, or similar construction leadership role
Strong hands‑on troweling experience in construction, surfacing, concrete, or related trades
Proficiency with GoCanvas and CompanyCam
Ability to read construction drawings and perform accurate layout work
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
Travel Requirements:
This position requires regular travel to project sites throughout California, Washington, Utah, Texas, and other project locations as needed. Travel may include:
