Job summary

We are seeking a Crew Member for Softroc of Waco to join our team and help grow the business in the market. A primary duty is keeping the job site safe and clean while following directions, learning new skills, and delivering quality results for customers.

Heavy lifting is required (up to 60 lbs) and use of small power tools such as hand grinders and drills is expected. Concrete or drywall experience is a plus but not required; strong teamwork and reliability are essential.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Crew Member to help grow the business in their market. One of the most important responsibilities is to keep the job site safe and clean. The ability to follow directions, learn new skills, and good attention to detail is a must. We take great pride in our work and are looking for like-minded Crew Members to deliver quality products for our Customers.

Some heavy lifting and operating small power tools are also a requirement for the position. Experience in concrete is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
