Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an OT Field Specialist to support and maintain Operational Technology (OT) systems across gas plants and compressor stations. This role travels regularly between field sites and serves as the primary OT resource for assigned facilities.

Now Hiring: OT Field Specialist (Operational Technology)

Location: East Texas / Southern Oklahoma Region (Preferred near Carthage, TX)

Contract Duration: October 2026 – October 2027 (12 Months)

Pay Rate: $45-$65/hr ((depending on experience)) + Travel Expenses

Key Responsibilities

• Support OT infrastructure and industrial networks

• Support LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and communications infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain OT systems performance
• Participate in disaster recovery and system recovery testing
• Collaborate with Operations, OT NOC, Project Managers, and Corporate IT teams
• Support infrastructure deployments and systems integration

Required Qualifications
