Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking an on-site IT Support Technician to assist with installs, repairs, and maintenance in Bothell, WA. Temporary position based in Bothell, WA, serving customer IT environments with a focus on hardware, software installation, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field support experience.
• Ticket and asset management.
• Strong hardware/software installation, support, and troubleshooting.
• Windows XP, 10, and 11 experience.
• Mac OS and iOS support.
• Network Printer, HP configuration, consumable swaps, and moves.
• Experience with Active Directory, MS Office, phone security, OS365.
• Configuring new PC’s/notebooks via imaging, SCCM and standalone.
• Remote Install software/hardware and support.
• Lift and carry up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investigating and resolving complex installations and maintenance matters of significance.
• Provide on-site field support to customers including installation, servicing and repairing systems and equipment.
• Verify and approve operational quality of system equipment.
• Resolve customer issues in hardware installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance.
• Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of systems/equipment.
• Refer issues to appropriate personnel/service areas for follow up, testing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare reports on system problem trends and issues.
