Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions is seeking a Technical Services Representative to provide on-site and remote technical support for customers and distributors in De Pere, WI and surrounding areas. You will troubleshoot equipment, assist with installations, and deliver hands-on product training.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, the ability to travel domestically and internationally, and excellent communication to ensure swift issue resolution and customer

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electromechanical Technology, Electrical Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in technical services or related area.
• Knowledge of electronic controls, pneumatics, plumbing systems, networking, and pumps preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Phone & field troubleshooting of vehicle wash systems and related equipment, on-site or over the phone.
• Provide customer service by responding to technical inquiries and guiding to resolution.
• Participate in rotating after-hours on-call schedule for support.
• Assist with equipment installations and conduct site evaluations.
• Deliver product training to customers, distributors, and service technicians.
• Support warranty claims, product returns, and inspections.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Parts, and R&D to improve products.
• Maintain service records and help update training materials.
