Field Technical Support Representative Description - HP is seeking a Field Technical Support Representative with existing field technical support knowledge/skills of PCs & Printers to complete a variety of assignments & tasks supporting customers throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Experienced understanding of the general & technical aspects of supporting customers servicing HP Laptops, Desktops and Printers.

Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require technical problem resolution and independent judgement. Allocates own time efficiently. Receives general instructions on all work.

Education and Experience Required: Minimum Vocational/Diploma/ Associate Degree (technical field) equivalent with 1-2 years of working experience in related fields, or Degree holder with no or less than 1 year relevant working experience.

Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge & experience supporting HP products, PCs & Printers Thorough knowledge of organization and policies. Comprehensive business, technical, or functional knowledge, as well as basic project management skills and communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers, peers and support partners. Ability to perform while under high-pressure situations.

50% travel required The pay range for this position is $22 to $26 per hour (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
