Job summary

DMC Recruitment Group has a field-based Technical Services Representative role in Southern California. You will serve as the technical expert for your territory, supporting contractors, applicators, distributors and consultants to specify, apply, and maximize performance of the product systems.

The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with a consultative approach, comfortable on jobsites, and skilled at delivering demonstrations and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in building envelope products.
• Strong knowledge of insulation, building science, coatings, roofing or other technical products.
• Experience with equipment such as Graco or PMC.
• Ability to deliver technical presentations and product training.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, organized, able to manage a large territory independently.
• Willingness to travel throughout Southern California (~70%).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting on jobsites.
• Delivering product demonstrations and applicator training.
• Building long-term relationships with contractors, distributors and key industry influencers.
• Working closely with the Sales Representative and product teams to ensure customers receive the highest level of support.
