Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong training, organizational, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and train in Muscatine, IA.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair complex industrial retread equipment (electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic).
• Train dealer personnel on proper operation and maintenance to maximize service life and productivity.
• Manage plant installation and modification projects with external contractors to meet timelines and specs.
• Conduct Bandag Systems Audits and UPS Audits; analyze data to drive KPIs and continuous improvement.
