Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Military electronics or electrical training will be considered equivalent.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial retread equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Train dealer personnel on operation and maintenance of major retread equipment.
• Manage plant installation and modification projects end-to-end with external contractors.
• Conduct audits and analyze production data to drive quality and KPI improvements.
