Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Representative - Agricultural to install, service, and maintain water treatment systems at livestock barns across western Iowa and central Nebraska.

You will support customer success in the field and work with regional teams to ensure reliability and growth of Hawkins solutions. The role requires a mechanical mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, or equivalent technical background.
• Water Industry experience a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair customer water treatment equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Conduct field water testing to ensure proper system chemistry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and grow accounts.
• Support sales growth by identifying new opportunities and presenting Hawkins solutions.
• Coordinate with regional teams and follow safety procedures.
