Hawkins Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Representative - Agricultural to install, service, and troubleshoot water treatment systems for livestock operations across western Iowa and central Nebraska.

You will perform on-site maintenance, conduct field tests, and ensure reliable system performance while building strong customer relationships. The role requires mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot field equipment.
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to communicate complex solutions.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose issues on-site.
• Willingness to travel and work long shift hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair water treatment equipment at customer sites.
• Perform regular field testing and monitor system performance.
• Support sales by identifying opportunities and documenting customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
