Qualifications

• Plumbing, electrical, or carpentry background suitable for field service.
• Water industry experience is a plus for understanding customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving and self-motivation important for field work.
• Excellent organization and time management with attention to safety.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair customer equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Perform regular field water testing and maintain proper chemistry.
• Grow sales by expanding product lines and adding new accounts.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and pursue new business opportunities.
• Attend regional trade shows and support territory growth plans.
• Coordinate with sales leadership to meet customer needs and drive satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and product information to customers as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to inventory activities.
